Kevin Gorman Jr.
Executive Assistant | Filmmaker
I’m a multi-passionate creative professional working at the intersection of storytelling, media, and operations. I proudly graduated from James Madison University in just three years with a degree in Media, Arts, and Design (Digital Video Cinema concentration) and a minor in General Business, a foundation that’s fueled both my artistic and strategic pursuits.
As a Writer & Director, I’ve had the honor of creating award-winning short films, including La Douleur Exquise and Trivial. I’m also a Virginia Press Association award-winning journalist, having earned 1st and 2nd place for Best Video Story, which reflects my deep passion for compelling, human-centered narratives.
Professionally, I’ve supported and collaborated with top industry talents, including Tamara Chestna [Writer of Disney's Sneakerella(2022) and Moxie(2021)], Oran Zegman [Director of Honor Society(2022)], and Chris Yost [Writer of The Mandalorian(2019-) and Thor Ragnarok(2017)], and I currently bring my organizational and creative skillset to the legal and business side of entertainment.
Currently at David M. Ehrlich & Associates, I work closely with clients across music, film, television, and Broadway, gaining hands-on experience in entertainment law through contract negotiation, redlining, and rights management. I supported the firm’s legal and artist management efforts by coordinating deal flow, tracking revisions, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials to talent and studios.
My Mission
To champion thoughtful storytelling and support the people behind it, whether that’s through creative development or high-level executive support.
